Spotlight on HMAS Sydney

Our association, since 1965, with HMAS Sydney of the Royal Australian Navy

The Infants’ Home enjoys support from many organisations, some of which have been with us for many years. One such example is our association with HMAS Sydney of the Royal Australian Navy. Since 1965, we have been their adopted charity. During this time, our partnership has seen fundraising parties on the ship’s flight deck and volunteer crews who have helped with maintenance on our extensive playgrounds and gardens. HMAS Sydney V was commissioned at sea off the coast of NSW in May 2020, and we look forward to our continuing partnership with HMAS Sydney in the years to come.
